Future Activities

Research activities:
-Sharing in the supervision of Master and PhD. Degrees registered by either staff members or students from other institutions in different Faculties of Veterinary medicine in Egypt.
-Cooperation with National and International Institutions in research projects
-Publishing research articles in National and International Journals and participating in national and international conferences

CLEVB future activities:
• Co-operating with National and International Institution and other world known veterinary organization in research projects.

• Applying biotechnology technique will help in finding rapid and accurate method for evaluation of biological products.
• Promotes cooperation and collaborations networks between CLEVB and international institutions and other countries
• Build communication links and networking with relevant institutes and laboratories to speed up info flow, experiences sharing, accordingly accelerate preparedness and rapid response

• Provide technical support and training to regional members
• Services for vaccine quality control and certificates upon request for different countries
• Assess efficacy of new vaccines produced by multinational producers against Egyptian strains
• To assess quality of vaccine cold chain as a study for FAO
• Parallel evaluation of commercially available different H5 vaccines against newly emerged HPAI viruses at the same time as requested by general organization of veterinary services and funded by FAO.
• To facilitate international exchange of information of importance to veterinary biologics regulatory authorities, producers, and users.
• To serve as an international resource center for veterinary biologics that assists in training related to vaccinology, immunology and vaccine development.
• To promote the establishment of international standards in animal biologics and harmonization of standards, regulations, and products.
• The Institute works with the veterinary biologics industry, government regulatory and research agencies, universities, veterinarians, and producers in an effort to improve the availability and use of biologics for animals worldwide.
