Abstract: One hunderd f random frozen chicken carcasses were purchased frm supermarkets in cair governrate fr bacteriolgical examination standard methds were used t determine anaerobic and aerobic micrrganisms. Samples were classified into two group (50 f each then examined for aerobic bacteria Isolates from group I were C. sporogenes after three months of freezing with a reduction 985 while the mean value of enterobacteriaceae.
