دور نشاط انزيم الاستيل كولين استريز على اكتساب السلالات الحقلية لدودة ورق القطن مقاومة للمبيدات الفسفورية

الملخص: Field strains of the cotton leaf worm Spodoptera littoralis (Boisd.) were collected from Gharbya, Kafr El-Sheikh and Behera during 2012, 2013, and 2014 cotton seasons for monitoring its resistance to Profenofos (Cord) and Chlorpyrifos under four trade names (Pyriban, Dorsil , Pestban and Dursban H) and to determine the biochemical changes of acetylcholinesterase activity in haemolymph of field and laboratory strains.

The insecticide profenofos (cord) had low level of resistance in Gharbya strain with Resistance coefficient (RC) (1.96) in the cotton season 201.2 reached to medium level of resistance with RC (4.01) in the cotton season 2014. The same compound had medium level of resistance in Kafr El- Sheikh and Behera with RC (3.86 and 2.31) in 2012 cotton season reached to high levels of resistance in Kafr El-Sheikh and Behera with RC (7.62 and 6.71) respectively during cotton season 2014.
The results indicated that the three field tested strains had lack of resistance with RC > i to the four Chlorpyrifos compounds in the cotton season 2012. The two Chlorpyrifos compounds Pestban and Pyriban recorded low levels of resistance in Gharbya, Kafr El-Sheikh and Behera during cotton season 2014 with RC (1 .21 and 1.91), (1.31 and 1.76) and (1.93 and 1.60) respectively. While, Dursban H showed
medium levels of resistance in Kafr El-Sheikh and Behera with R C (2.25 and 2.04). The same results were obtained in Kafi. El-Sheikh with Dorsil with RC (4.93) during the cotton season 2014.
The AChE had high activity level in the field strains than laboratory strain. The greatest changes of enzyme activity was recorded for Kafr El-Sheikh strain (39.88%) in case of profenofos (cord) and (566.08%) for chlorpyrifos (Dorsil). The lowest level of changes was found in case of chlorpyrifos (Dursban H and Dorsil) in Gharbya (- 65.04 %o and -25.27%).
Generally, Kafr El-Sheikh strain showed the highest level of AChE activity, while the lowest level of enzyme activity was recorded for Gharbya strain in the cotton season 2014.
The obtained data of AChE activities showed that the tested field strains showed higher levels of AChE than lab-strain. Therefore, it was concluded that the increase in AChE activity plays an important role in resistance development.
