Health Caring Expert System For Cattle and Buffalo [Bovin]

Objectives To develop an expert system for the diagnosis and treatment of cattle and buffalo diseases. The scope of this project is limited to newly born calves (up to four weeks of age).
Achievements
-A system that covers 19 diseases has been developed using the HCGT tool.
-80 veterinarians were trained on using the developed expert system.
-Four, one day workshops to introduce the expert system, were conducted and attended by 100 veterinarians.
-The developed expert system was distributed to all veterinary directorates in all Governorates.
