4- Producing high yield and of certified seeds of newly developed vegetable crops for seed companies and growers such s 3 strains of Delta 15,Delta 20and Delta 21.
5- Certified seedling production of fruit trees, Ornamental land woody trees.
6- Producing newly improved varieties and hybrids in vegetable crops such as 6 hybrids of potato (Minufyia 2/96, Minufyia 4/96, Minufyia 6/96, Minufyian 10/96,Minufyia 171/96 and minufyia 616/96).
