النشاطات تتنوع بين الإشراف على تربية دودة الحرير والمشاركة في ندوات ومحاضرات إرشادية وتدريبية منذ التسعينات، مع تقديم الدعم للمزارعين والمستثمرين في مشروعات الحرير، وإلقاء محاضرات متخصصة في زراعة التوت وتربيه وإنتاج الحرير ومكافحة الآفات وأمراض الحرير. كما شارك في العديد من الدورات التدريبية في مجالات الحاسب الآلي، الحرير، إضافة إلى زيارات ميدانية وورش عمل محلية ودولية، منها تدريبات ومؤتمرات بالهند والقاهرة مرتبطة بالحرير. إلى جانب ذلك، قام بالتدريس في المدارس الثانوية وكلية الزراعة بجامعتي طنطا ودمنهور، والمشاركة والإشراف على مشروع إحياء صناعة الحرير بالوادي الجديد، والإشراف والمناقشة لرسائل ماجستير. وحاصل على العديد من شهادات التقدير والاعتمادات الدولية من مؤسسات وجامعات عربية وأجنبية، والمشاركة في الفعاليات العلمية الدولية.
