دكتور. فرج محمود ملهط هو عالم وباحث مصري مرموق في مجال الكيمياء البيئية والتنظيمية. يشغل حاليًا منصب مدير المعمل المركزي للمبيدات الزراعية (CAPL) في القاهرة، مصر. يتمتع بخلفية أكاديمية قوية مع أكثر من 125 منشورًا تمت مراجعته من قبل النظراء، مع التركيز بشكل أساسي على مراقبة بقايا المبيدات، والتلوث البيئي، وتقييم المخاطر الصحية. ساهم الدكتور ملهط على نطاق واسع في مجال سلامة المبيدات العالمية من خلال عمله كخبير في الاجتماع المشترك لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة ومنظمة الصحة العالمية بشأن بقايا المبيدات منذ عام 2016. تشمل أبحاثه تبديد المبيدات، والمصير الكيميائي، وتطبيق التقنيات التحليلية المتقدمة. وقد تم تكريمه بالعديد من الزمالات والجوائز المرموقة، مما عزز تأثيره في المجتمع العلمي العالمي

تقدير متبقيات المبيدات في الاغذيه. تحديد وتقدير مقاييس الاستخدام الأمن للمبيدات عن طريق تقدير فترات ماقبل الحصاد(PHI) لجميع المبيدات ودراسه سلوك و مصيرالمبيدات في المحاصيل الزراعيه المختلفه. دراسة وتقييم المخاطرالصحيه الناتجه عن استخدام المبيدات في الاغذيه.
