نبذة تعريفية:
شريف حسين عبد الرحمن عالم وباحث مصري أشغل وظيفة أستاذ متبقيات المبيدات بالمعمل المركزي للمبيدات – مركز البحوث الزراعية

بكالوريوس العلوم الزراعية (مبيدات الآفات) عام 1996م من كلية الزراعة جامعة عين شمس، وماجستير العلوم الزراعية (تحليل متبقيات المبيدات) عام 2000م كلية الزراعة جامعة عين شمس، وحصلت على دكتوراه في العلوم الزراعية (متبقيات المبيدات وتلوث البيئة) عام 2005م كلية الزراعة جامعة عين شمس.

المهام الإدارية والأكاديمية:
- رئيس قسم بحوث متبقيات المبيدات وتلوث البيئة خلال الفترة (2021 - 2024).
- استاذ كيمياء وتحليل متبقيات المبيدات (رئيس بحوث)، قسم بحوث متبقيات المبيدات وتلوث البيئة من عام 2016 وحتي الآن.
- أستاذ الكيمياء التحليلية والحيوية – كلية العلوم – جامعة الملك سعود – المملكة العربية السعودية خلال الفترة ( 2009 - 2019).
- باحث اول، قسم بحوث متبقيات المبيدات وتلوث البيئة خلال الفترة (2011 - 2016).
- باحث، قسم بحوث متبقيات المبيدات وتلوث البيئة خلال الفترة ( 2006 - 2011).
