Achievements

Fifty six studies in the area of rural sociology research were carried out. These studies were as follows: the important social and economic effects of applying the economic liberalization policy in the agricultural sector, the efficiency level of services introduced to rural people from community development societies, satisfaction about local community services in both old and new areas in some governorates, the integrated role of agricultural cooperatives in rural development in some governorates, studying the social effects of unemployment among rural graduates, knowledge competencies of planning developmental programs for rural organizations' personnel, the constraints facing rural youth who get small projects from the social fund in some governorates, and the attitudes of rural youth towards small projects
