1-Running research serving the research plans of the FTRI and DBPR, 2-Running project for producing corn bakery products
3-Running project for producing different barley products
4-Paricipating and supervising projects of elementary school feeding in cooperation with Ministry of Education
5-Surpervising the control labs of Ministry of Social Association
6-Participating in the national and technical committees to evaluate mills and bakeries
7-Producing healthy foods for some special food consuming categories of the population
8-Participating in the project of fortifying wheat flour with iron in connection with Ministry of Social Association and Ministry of Health
9-Participating in domestic and international exhibitions for some bakery products
10-Holding training courses for people working in some special associations, e,g. association for supervising exports and imports
11-Participating in the committee of food safety and job safety
12-Participating in the committee of special foods
13-Supervising some M.Sc. and Ph.D theses
14- Running sample analyses collected from inside and outside the FTRI.
