1-Production of some unconventional bakery products made for special food consuming categories of the population
2-Participating in trying to achieve self satisfaction of wheat crop and hence reducing its imports
3-Evaluation of imported wheat batches and determining its suitability for bread- making
4-Utilizing some agricultural and food industrial by- products to decrease environmental pollution
5-Establishing data base for the DBPR
6-Planning and ravening training programs for the year 2009 / 2010
7-Participating in developing milling industry in Egypt in corporation with the Ministry of social Association
8-Participating in the committees for establishing technical standards for wheat grains, flour and their products.
