Achievements

1-several studies for M.sc and Ph.D .Theis were performed concerning different fields of food technology
2-scientific researchs had been carried out concerning the aforementiones topies of objectives being discussed through some conferences, and puplished in journals of scientific Res.
3-Tow main progects concerning the production of dehydrated tomato powder and the production of natural .colorants from plant sources had been carried out in our department . The latter included an economic application of coloring some foods intended for childern especially the candy which is usually consumed by them together with other similar food items.These natural coloants were used instead of synthetic ones which are harmful to human health.
4-Scientific co-operation was achieved with other department in our institutes.
