3. Chemical evaluation of certain components of seeds of specific lines to establish information to the breeder in order to assist in the course of selection in the breeding programs.
4. Optimization of factors which control seed vigor in relation to field emergence and field stand establishment.
5. Studies on problems encounter seed handling (harvesting, threshing, processing, bagging and storage)
6. Application of the most up-to-date biotechnology methods scooping to establish a varietal finger print characteristic.
