Results of different urban encroachments growing systems in the studied area was distinguished asradial, parallel, locked, scattered, vertical on the roads and vertical on irrigation canals systems. The total urban areas were ranged from 615 feddans in year 1989 up to 3142 faddans in year 2012 with difference of 2527 feddans in the total time period (22 years). The results obtained highlight on the effects on the fertile agriculturalland. Therefore the government, institutions, and different participators need to make good decisions to stop urban encroachment and protect the rest of the very fertile land in Egypt by the force of law
