Abstract: This research aimed at acknowledging farmers, youth graduates and rural women respondents’ opinions as beneficiaries from Beheira rural development project services- in it, informative and developmental role performance degree, and determining the variance degree between respondents’ opinions among there three categories. Also identifying the information sources which the respondents were exhibited to, and also determining the variance degree of this exhibition. Besides, determining the relationship between respondents’ opinions in the degree of performing the informative and developmental role of the project and their independent variables. Finally determining obstacles limiting benefits from the project’s services in the information and developmental fields.
A village from each four districts where the project was implemented ,in second stage, starting 1998: Rasheed, Edco, Abo El Matameer and Ganaklees was chosen randomly, from each village 13 female respondents, farmers, and youth graduates from the project’ records expressing about the total studied sample amounting to 52 respondents from each of the studied categories chosen randomly, the total sample amounted to 156 respondents .
Data collected were presented and analyzed using, frequencies, percentages, means, weighted means, standard deviation, analysis of variance (F), addition to Person correlation coefficient and Freedman test were utilized.
The main research results were as follow:
1. The majority of the respondents of rural women (88.46) percent, youth graduates (80.7) percent and farmers (76.92) percent saw that the performance degree of informative and developmental role was relatively high.

3. The three categories of the respondents agreed on those agricultural extension agents is the first source of information.
4. There were clear variance among the three respondent categories where (F) value was significant at (0.01) level in the respondent's exhibition to sources of information, and also freedman coefficient was significant at (0.05) level.
5. The degree of respondents exposure to sources of information was the only independent variable having significant correlation at (0.01) level on the three categories of respondent’ opinions in the performance of informative and developmental role of the project.
6. The aspiration level for respondent’ farmers and rural women was the only independent variable was significant correlation at (0.05) level with their opinions in the performance degree of the informative and developmental project’s role.
