Data was collected by personal interview questionnaire prepared and pretested to suite the objectives of this study. Data collected throughout January and February of the year 2003.
In presenting and analyzing used data tables, frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviation, weighted average, person simple correlation coefficient, stepwise technique model, (ch2) coefficient.

The major result of this study could be summarized on the following:
- More than half of the interviewed agricultural extension agents (55.93 percent) see that editing elements were very much suitable.
- More than three fifth of the interviewed agricultural extension agents (62.2 percent) see that designing elements of the studied pamphlets were very much suitable.

- There was positive significant correlation on the 0.01 level, between degree of dependence on sources of agricultural information, participation in social organization, degree of care about reading technical bulletins and pamphlets, interviewees motivation towards knowledge change and between the interviewees opinion about the degree of suitability of designing elements of some technical pamphlets issued by agricultural inheritance engineering research institute.
