Abstract: This study aimed at determining various problems of Agricultural researchers, how important each of these problems is as perceived by them and the relationship between their characteristics and degree of problem importance. Data were collected by using personal questionnaire from a sample of 300 researchers in both Agricultural Research Center (ARC) and Desert Research Center (D.R.C.) in Cairo. Data were analyzed by using the weighted Mean, Chi-square, Contingency Coefficient and percentages.
The result of the study revealed that the Agricultural Researchers face many residence, material, communication, skill and administrative problems. The most important problems are: the trainees don't aware and concentrate on training contents, inadequate labors for the trainees service, inappropriate training tools for the training program content, not capability of the trainer in some cases to introduce the needed solution for the trainees constraint, not enough training incentives.
The results also showed that the relationship between the characteristics of agricultural researchers and the degree of problems importance differs according to their kind.
