The Creative Abilities of Local Agricultural Extension Officials in some governorates of Egypt
Abstract: Abstract
The main objectives of this research were:
Identify the general level of the total availability of creative abilities of the respondents from the Local Agricultural Extension Officials (LAEO). as well as the level of availability of each of these abilities of the respondents. determine the differences between the availability of creative abilities of the respondents in the research governorates. The respondents included Local Agricultural Extension Officials and the independent variables studied. as well as the degree of availability of each of these capabilities and the independent variables studied.
The research was conducted in Sharqiya. Qaliubiya and Beni Suef. Al-Sharqiya Governorate includes 86 Local Agricultural Extension Officials at the level of Agricultural Departments in the districts and 67 agricultural extension workers at the level of the agricultural departments in the Qalyubia governorate. Beni Suef (102) is responsible for agricultural extension work. The sample size was (156) respondents at the level of agricultural departments in the three governorates studied. representing 61.2% of all respondents. Data were collected in January 2018 by interview personal using a questionnaire. frequency. percentage. arithmetic average. of the correlation coefficients and range data. and the F test to determine the differences.


The most important results could be summarized as follows:
- The general level of the total availability of creative capacity among respondents was generally average
- The level of availability of each of the creative capacity of the respondents was higher than the average to focus attention. a medium of linking and analysis. and less than average for each of the flexibility. fluency. sensitivity to problems. and originality. respectively.
- There were no significant differences between the availability of creative abilities of the respondents in the research governorates
- The total degree of availability of creative abilities of the respondents had a significant positive relationship at the level of 0.01 with all the independent variables studied.
