The requirements for the development of agricultural extension work from the point of view of the world This research is defined on the general level of the requirements of the development of extension work from the point of view of the respondents, and the level of the required development of the extension work from: mutual research development, agricultural extension organization, the relationship between agriculture and agricultural research, media, The various agricultural extension areas, and identify the sources from which the respondents are hosting their agricultural extension information for the requirements of the development of the indicative work, and the proposals to solve these processes, which are prepared by the respondents during their extension work Agricultural requirements for the development of extension work.
This research was conducted in the Ismailia Governorate on a random sample of agricultural extension workers with 113 respondents and 70.6% of the total prices of 160 agricultural and extension guides and the extension of the total number of research items through the equation (Krejcie, Robert V., Morgan, 1970) 10/2017 to 15/12/2017 The data are processed statistically from the numbers, frequencies and percentages.
The most important results are:
1 - The level of the year for the requirements of the development of extension work was up by 67.3%.
2- The level of requirements for the development of the respondents for the development of the Commercial Coalition - Egypt - 87.6%.
3 - The level of the requirements for the development of the respondents organization guidance for the development of agricultural extension work was high by 76.1%.
4. The level of requirements for the development of the respondents for agriculture in the agricultural and agricultural research area was 53.1%.
5 - The level of requirements for the development of respondents to the media for the development of agricultural extension work was high by 76.1%.
6 - The level of requirements for the development of respondents for training in the agricultural extension areas of their agricultural extension work was high by 43.3%.
7. The most important sources from which the respondents draw their guidance information are: training courses, head of agricultural extension sector, head of the Central Administration of Housing 97.3%, 92.9%, 90.3%
8. The most important factors that cause the loss of Ecuador - the work on coercion - are: the lack of preparation of agricultural extension workers, the lack of possibilities and supporters: candidates, and the scarcity of training courses for agricultural extension workers 98.2%, 97.3% and 94.7%, respectively.
9 - The most important of which is to increase the number of candidates to supervise the branches, increasing the number of training courses for agricultural extension workers by 94.5%, 91.2%, 89.4%.
