Data were collected in Jan. - Feb. i992 through personal interviews beased an questionnaire ; Random sample of (65 ) Bedluins (Female, a. male ) were interviewed percetage proportion , simple correlation , and the step - wist Multiple correlation and regression nalysis were calculated through ( S A S ) program and used to nalyae the data .
The study revealed the following findings :
1. The developmental effects of the project are low , according to the perception of the majority of the correponants (66.2%).
2. Both variables of Beduin's getting informed about the ( MEC ) and the degree of contact with ( MEC ) jountly contributed to 38.5% of the total variation explaining Beduin's perception degree of the project's developmental effects.
3. Both variables of initiation undertaken to visit (MEC) without invitation, and getting informed about (MEC) jountly contributed to about 75.6% of the total variation explaining Beduin's degree of contact with (NEC).
