The study was conducted in 4 governorates. ie. Ismailya and Kafr El-Shaikh lower Egypt. Bani Swief and Assuit in upper Egypt. One district in each governorate and 2 villages in each district were selected according to the percenage of young landholders (15–35) years ago category land the distance from the district . Four random samples of Yong land holders in each governorate were drawn amounting to 175, 187, 190 and 190 respectively. Data were collected by interviewing respondents using a questionnaire Simple correlation Coefficient. Chi Square and Step -Wise nor used to analyse data statistically.
The main results of the study can be summerized as follows. A significant difference was detected at 0.05 level between the ARYA of Upper and Lower Egypt governorates regarding EM. ARYA rate of Upper Egypt were higher than Lower Egypt in the category of higher in the category of medium awareness Both rates were almost as equal in the low awareness category.
