ORGNIZATIONAL CULTURE AMONG THE PERSONNEL OF THE EGYPTION AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION SYSTEM.

Abstract: This research aims at : Determining the perception levels organizational culture (Artifacts &Creations and Organizational values) among each of the extension work officers at the governmental level (Governorates) and the agric. Extension officers at the districts level and the agric. Extension workers. Determining the differences between the three categories of respondents levels organizational culture (Artifacts &Creations and Organizational values). Determining the relationship between the perception degrees of levels organizational culture (Artifacts &Creations and Organizational values).
To conduct this study three governorates were selected Gharbia, Monefia, and Kalubia. Three groups of extension personnel were selected from lists equal to 27 percentages. Data were collected through a designed of stormier contains the scales of the dependents and the independents variables scales Both were tested to define their validity and reliability it were highly approved. Corr. Coef ,and Kendal corr. Coef. were the main statistical tools for analysis.
Main results were: There were significant differences among the three groups of respondents dealing with their perception degrees about(Artifacts &Creations). "there were no significant differences among the three groups of respondents dealing with their perception degrees about (Organizational values).The agricultural extension organization in Egypt could be consider the following recommendation to: Implement in job descriptions and consider the motivation and incentives, leadership turnover, performance control and quality. Consider (Artifacts & Creations) in organization specially technologic for teachings fanners. Expanding the wide of decentralization.
