This study was carried out in the new lands which cultivating the wheat in Governorates of Egypt in lower and upper Egypt. these govrnorates are: Beheira, Ismailia, port said, and Beni Suif, the largest districts of wheat area in there Governorates were selected as follows: El- Bostan, Banger El- Sukker of Beheira Governorate, and El- Quantara Sharq of Ismailia Governorate, and Said El- Tena of port said Governorates, and the El-Kheregeen villages wer selected as follows in west Semesta of Beni Sueve Governorates, and by using same criteria selected Tabarany village of El- Bostan district, and El-ola village of Banger El- Sukker district, and El- Abtal village of El- Quantara Sharq district, and El- Kheregeen 4,7 village of Sahi El-Tena district, and village 2 of west Semesta district.

The total wheat farmers in the studied area was 2679, and Random sample selected by using Krejcie & Morgan model to
determine sample size which attained to 335 farmers, they represent 7.9% of wheat farmers in the studied villages, they distributed as follows: 128 respondents from Tabarany village, 88 respondents from El-61a village, 31 respondents from El-Abtal village, 8 respondents from El- Kheregeen 4,7 village, 80 respondents from village 2 west Semesta.

Data of this study was collected by using pre-tested questionnaire during July 2006. Data was statistically analyzed by using correlation coefficunt step-wise & mean, frequencies and percentages.

The main results of the study revealed that:
-The results pointed to high knowledge level regarding the implemntation of technical recommendation
for wheat cultivation in the new land: was 80%, harvesting 80%, and fertilization 76.7%. This
level was moderate for implenmtins three recommendations: weeds control,64.2% cultivation date 70% ' seeds quantity 65%, irrigation 50% , While the knowledge level was low: the cultivation proper land 48.8% .

The results pointed that the total knowledge degrees of the technical recommendations implementation for wheat cultivation in the new land were significant at 0.01 level for : situation of soil ,degree availabilty high production seed, degree of the contentment of the wheat cultivation, and degree of implementation of extension activities while this relation was non significant with rest variables

- The results pointed that the contribution rate in explaining the total variance in degree of the recommended implementation was 15% , 11.1% to contentment of the wheat cultivation, and 3.9% to situation of soil .
- The results showed that the weheat productivity per feddan was significant with farming holding , number of wheat cultivation years, the situation of soil, the degree of availabilty
