Data were collected in through may and Juni monthes 2006 by personal interview using a questionnaire from random sample amounting to 120 respondents which representing about 50 % of the total numbers of the extension field agents in the selection districts .
Frequency and percentages distribution, arithmetic means, standard deviation, person simple correlation coefficient the determining coefficient , (f) test , multible correlation coefficient , and (t) test were used as tools for statistical analysis.
The main results of this study were as follow:
1- 88 % of respondents were with averageages between ( 39 – 49 ) years and it may increases. Also 58 % of the extension field agents had experiences in agricultural work between ( 3 – 15 ) years, perhaps 57 % of them had experiences in agricultural extension work between (1 -- 9 ) years, Also, 53% of them had number of the training circuits between (I – 9) circuits , Also 78 % of them had number of training days between ( 2 – 24) days.

3- Results showed that, there was significant relation ship at o.ol level between the total degrees of the training needs of respondents – as dependent variable – and some independent variables such as, age, experience in the agricultural work, experience in the agricultural extension work, number of training days , degree of the benefit from training and degree of job satisfaction .
Results showed too, insignificant relationship was between another some independent variables and dependent variable such as: number of training circuits, number of organizations , rate of communication with organizations every month, number of information resources and degree of benefit from information resources .
