Prerequisites in agricultural extension training for basins supervisors of agricultural and reforme in dakahlia and kafr el-shekh. governorates
Abstract: This research aimed at determing the prerequisite in extension training for the supervisors of basins in agric. land reforme authourty at Dakahlia and Kafr EI-Shekh. Governorates. Data were collected through a questionnaire from their total population (supervisors of basins of land reforme in the previous two governorates) it were amounted 90 and 92 in order. A pilot study was conducted to investigate their qualifactions and their extension activites which done in context of their different jobs and their previous training in extension work. A field study was conducted depending on the results of the pilot study. Results indicates that the order and rank of each principle subject and its branches which were different among the respondents of each governorate. So preiority of the qualifaction training course or curriculum were different and to be considered in planning the training programs for each governorate respondents to prepare and develop first time their experience and qualifaction in ext. jobs as ext.agent
