Ercherichia coli as a cause of Massive Mortalites among Swiss mice with special reference to killer antero toxigenicity

Abstract: Bacteriological examination on Mice revealed that E.coli was the predominat organism. Highly pathogenic, sensitive to gentamycin, Kanamycin, chloramphenicol, on studying the effect of extract on tissue culture, found that 62% had cytopathic effect and the infant Mice used for detection of enterotoxin were positive for anterotoxigenic.
