Immune response of sheep vaccianted with sheep pox and enterotoxaemia clostridial vaccine (B and D)

Abstract: A simultaneous vaccination against sheep pox and bivalent clostridial vaccine was done.Immunological response of sheep vaccinated with bivalent clostridial vaccine using serum neutralization and ELISA technique revealed that the antibody titre increased somewhat in the first month in group vaccinated by bivalent clostridial vaccine alone more than that in group simultameously vaccinated with both vaccine, then the antibody titre was equal in both groups till the end of experiment. However, antibody titre of sheep pox was nearly the same in both groups either vaccinated with sheep pox vaccine alone or simulatneously vaccinated with bivalent clostridial vaccine.
