Immune response of similtaneous vaccination of sheep with inactivated rift valley fever vaccine and polyvalent clostridial vaccine

Abstract: Fifteen Balady sheep were used in this study, they were divided into five groups. The first group was vaccinated with RVF vaccine, teh second group recievd polyvalent clostridial vaccine. The third group was injected with RVF and polyvalent clostridial vaccines simultaneously, while the fourth group recieved both vaccines at a week interval. The fifth group was left unvaccinated as control. The antibody titres of these vaccines were determined at different intervals post acceptable protective levels and there was no significant in the immune response of sheep vaccinated either simultaneously or separately.
