Preparation of some clostridial vaccines in fermenator

Abstract: The obtain maximum growth and high yield of toxins of differnt strains of clostridia (C.perfringens types B&D C.oedmatiens C.septicum C.tetani and C.chaouvoei). optimim pH 97) and sugar concentration. (1.5%) were applied on cultures in fermentor and flasks. Toxin yield and growth rate were markedly improved by cultivation in fermentor as it reached twice than those produced under uncontrolloed . Which in turn very useful for vaccine
