Soft Drink Massive consumption risk factor

Abstract: Epidemiological studies related some sorts of obesity to high intake of sugar sweetened beverages such as soft drink (SD). The physician diagnosed several recognizable health risk for SD intensive use. This research gaps may biologically be identified employing animal experiment. Under the condition of the present study, SD, especially dark one, made more than 50% rat body weight gain (BWG)with liquid intake three times more than the control in association of solid intake of 60% less within 8 wk. this water retention directly conjugates some organ subclinical health aspect. Although liver, spleen and heart were almost slightly affected, kidney and femur dramatically were. It is a metabolic disorder deviate blood constants such as urea, ALT, AST, AP, Fe and Zn as well as blood creatine and total albumin. These bleed constant fluctuations reflect an internal metabolic response to the intensive consumption of SD especially dark one, which correlates either cola or phosphoric acid massive intake or both together. In some other wards, water retention and phosphors abort the normal Ca/P ratio that may alter physiologic processes. This could be the metabolic cross factor that promotes obesity, diabetes, kidney disorders, etc. Again, drinking caloric beverages in massive way, i.e. instead of water, for longer time may alter normal biological homeostasis moving up and down most blood constants and increases the risk of adverse cardio metabolic outcomes in the coronary artery risk development, gestational and diabetes mellitus. It is recognizable risk factor that would be resolved when health food pattern in sustained.
