EFFECT OF BLOFERTILIZATION ON LOWERING ANTINUTRITIONAL SUBSTANCES LEVEL IN CHICKPEA

Abstract: In this research a field experiments concerning chickpea crop were conducted at Sids experimental station in (2005 – 2006) to investigate the effect of various biofertilization practices on chemical composition, mineral content , antinutritional substances level and production of produced chickpea seeds . Ultimately , chickpea seeds with markedly higher nutritional components were obtained , e.g. protein content reached 25,27 % Na , Fe , Xn , and Mn contents were 77,8,6, 4,5, and
4,0 mg/ 100g sample ( on d.w.b ) respectively . yield and weight of 100 seeds attained 2,44 t / fed . and 27,7 g respectively .
The most important effect that the antinutritiona substances level diminished, where tannins content decreased until 0.13 % All achieved results depending on the biofertilization applications were greatly preferred comparing with results in case of mineral fertilization, where protein content reached 23.62 %, Na , fe, Zn, and Mn contents were 24, 7, 3,2 and 3,9 / 100g sample ( on d. w. b. ) respectively , seed yield and weight of 100 seeds attained 2,03 t . / fed . and 25,51 g respectively . Tannins content decreased until 0,26 %
