Abstract:
In recent years, there was a superior worldwide interest in the use of functional food products containing probiotic bacteria and other bioactive substances for health promotion and disease prevention. It has been reported that, the probiotic bacteria can play an important role in immunological, digestive and respiratory functions in human. Probiotic bacteria are food grade organisms witnessing along history of safe and have many offer health potential benefits for consumers. Thus, the objective of the present study was conducted to produce functional food products such as synbiotic juices containing high levels of live probiotic bacteria
