Abstract: Two new species of the genus Cryptognathus are described from Egypt, Cryptognathus rosetta sp.n. on debris of cantaloupe at Rashid city (Beheira Governoarte) and C. aegyptiaca sp. n. under maize plant at Damietta City, Damietta Governoarte.
