A the main characteristic alterations in blood biochemical indices 15 days post – vitamin AD3EC injection were significant decline in total globulin values which positively reflected on the man values of  - 2a, -2, -2 and total gamma globulin. These variants were corrected to reach nearly to the normal levels. The lipid profile showed significant decrease towards the normal level in the mean values of serum cholesterol and LDL after vitamin AD3EC injection. In conclusion, vitamin A supplementation is very important in case of its deficiency to improve the impaired values of proteins and lipid profile.
