Investigation of acanthocephaliasis a thorny headed worm disease in Lates niloticus freshwater fish at high dam lake, Egypt.

Abstract: Acanthocephaliasis a thorny headed worm disease was clarified in Lates niloticus at high dam lake , Egypt .The incidence of infestation was 85% with intensity of 19 worms/ m.f. . The parasites were isolated and identified as Acanthocephalus spp. and Paragorgorynchus albertianum.
