Abstract: The chicken on 2 and 18 day of age were immunized sudcutaneously with Eimeria tenella sporozoite antigen ( 25ug per chicken ) emulsified in freunds complete adjuvant (FCA) showed were detected on day 16 and reached peak on day 40 post- immunization.
