some food poisoning microorganisms in salted fish

Abstract: A total of 80 salted fish sampples 20 each of fesiekh salted anchovies from large tin glassed bottle anchovies and salted sardines flesh were randomly cllected from sharkia markets and examined bacterologically fr total clony count while the incidence of s.aureus in feseikh anchovies from large tin , anchovies from glassed bottle and sardine . public health significance of isolated bacteria as well as suggestions for imprving sanitary conditions of salted fish were discussed
