Pharmacokinetics , efficacy and tissue residues of enrofloxacin in oreochromis niloticus infected with vibrio anguillarum

Abstract: Pharmacokinetics efficacy and tissus residues of enrofloxacin were studied in Oreochromis niloticus experimenatally fish were injected intraperitoneally with enrofloxacin , at two doses treated fish were observed for the relief of clinical signs and subsequent The obtained results showed that enrofloxacin the cetral compartment to the differnt tissues Following injection of infected fish with enrofloxacin (10and 20 Mg/kg wt) complete recovery occurred 27 hours post inoculation
