Studies on pseudomonas species in milk and feces of dairy cattle

Abstract: In the present study, a total of two hundred and ten samples of milk and teces (one hundred and five each) of diarrheic dairy cows were collected and examined for isolation . identification and toxin production of pseudomonas All mice that were inoculated 1/v by produced exotoxins or endotoxins died wilhin three days post inoculation .protective antisera against the obtained exotoxins and endotoxins were prepared in rabbits . it was concluded that P. aeruginosa serovars play an important role among diarrheic dairy cows and is indication for potential hazard associated with milk quality.
