The Economics of White Cheese and Yogurt Manufacturing in The Municipality Laboratories (Case Study of Municipal Laboratories Qaliubiya Governorate)

The most important results:
1-are selling about 70% of the cheese and yogurt product laboratories municipal Qaliubiya province for retailers (stores selling milk and groceries, supermarkets), while the remaining 30% is sold directly to consumers.
2-The sale of the quantities of yogurt immediately upon completion of the manufacturing fuller next day directly by 53.8%, while for white cheese are selling after storage for a short period (fresh cheese) rose by 23.1%, while for cheese inventories (Alostunboly) are selling about 60: 90 days at a rate of about 23.1% of the total views of the respondents.

The most important recommendations:
1. The need for this quality inventory from the worker and sentenced to supervision and on irregularities and labor used for health and censorship (legally) and update the industry laws and harsher punishment in violation situations for a safe healthy product.
2. supply this kind of pure, electricity and conservation devices and cooling water and pasteurization plants (in installments) to keep the product from damage and extend consumer health product is safe.
3. The establishment of centers to collect milk synthesis of high quality and control of the authorities concerned in every village or group of nearby villages to maintain and extend the milk plants Baanaajtha and prevent dealing with Tier vendors.
4. allow the establishment of dairy plants in the cities and villages of the New (near the production areas) provided there is equipment for pasteurization to preserve the product and get the milk products are safe and healthy to raise the value of manufacturing milk.
5. expansion of breeding animals high milk production need to extend the consumption of fresh face and supply labs of its need dairy overall length.
