The world is witnessing in the past other end of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first century many of the economic and social changes and political notably attempts to global trade liberalization and the speed of communication and the use of technology in a lot of things related to the provision of food and raise the standard of living and turning a lot of ideologies and economic policies as well as other trends related link control over certain areas of the world to achieve certain goals .
This has targeted the study examine the most important factors affecting the demand for local and imported wheat in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the study of production capacities and consumer Egyptian wheat crop and estimate the size of the gap wheat, the study of production capacities and consumer of Foreign Affairs and the geographical distribution of imports, Egypt 's wheat in terms of value and quantity and significance , the study of local economic variables and relevant global consumption of wheat during the standard model helps to take appropriate policies to develop the sector, the production and consumption of wheat in Egypt .
The study has included five chapters, the first chapter consists of two sections, first section discusses the review of references for the most important studies on the subject of the study to find out what came out and start from where others have ended, and the second section of the theoretical framework for the study.
While the second chapter discusses the study of indicators for globally and Egyptian production of crop wheat. While chapter three addressed the study of the current status of the production and consumption of wheat globally , chapter four study functions spending for Egyptian wheat and chapter five study application form sub optimal for wheat to reach a standard model of the demand for Egyptian wheat to identify the most important variables that affect the demand and supply of Egyptian wheat and then forecasting model variables
