Optimum Economic Use of Agricultural Resources to Reduce Poverty in Egyptian Rural Areas

The most prominent challenges facing the development process in Egypt the problem of poverty, which spread to become beneath one fifth of the population, and not the size of the challenge of only in Egypt but also in all States emerging in growth, greater the standard of living of the individual is the ultimate, which have policies are designed for various types of economic reform, and upgrading the living standards must by preceded by getting out of the circle of poverty, this is not easy, poverty is changeable and multidimensional and has complicated relations with other variables in the economy, influenced by and affect, It has social, health, educational, geographical and economic dimensions. on top of these variables comes the rate of growth and equitable distribution of resources, which are considered in the literature the most important factors which reduce poverty.
That is why the study aimed generally to clarify how to use optimal distribution of agricultural resources to reduce poverty in the Egyptian countryside, this is achieved through the following sub goals 1- The study of productive resources: agricultural land and water and human and capitalism in A . R . E, 2- Analysis of the relationship between the rates of poverty and the resources available in the governorates of A . R . E – 3- The proposal of optimal distribution of agricultural resources available in Egyptian rural areas under different scenarios and to try to maximize net revenues of the unity and forayed water as a way to combat rural poverty, whether He It was at the level of the Republic or provinces. The study depended on some of the methods of the descriptive analysis of averages, percentage, chart, as well as on some of the methods of the quantitative analysis of the regression technique and style of simple written programming to the use of the programmer of WIN QSB as a tool for analysis to reach the best possible use of agricultural resources available. The study depended on the data necessary for this research of bulletins and statistical records various economic and issued by some ministries and official bodies in the Arab Republic of Egypt, by doing high, suggested structure for the factor of work.
The study of the work of several scenarios and alternatives proposed to install crop based in Egypt an average of the period 2006-2008 including: maximizing their net returns to install the forayed crop based the subject of study in A .
