while using saponine 15 show reduction in total bacterial count equal to that occur by water wash

ER cheese 1 ( 6.67%) AFG1 cheddar and ER cheese 1 ( 6.67% ) AFG 2 , butter and cream 3 ( 20%) AFM1 and processed and cheddar cheese 1 ( 6.67%) AFM2 while the highest percentages were detected in cheddar cheese 9 ( 60%) . 3 (20% ) ,2 ( 13.33%) for AFB1 B2 . G1 respectively , but AFM 1 in 7 ( 46.67%) ER cheese , with different estimated levels .

This study was carried out on one hundred and fifty men high risk in direct contact with these sheep from different localties in Sharkia Governorate These cases were subjected to serological tests for diagnosis of the disease . These screening test were Rose Bengal test (RBT) and Buffered plate aggluination (BPAT) seropositive samples were confirmed by Rivanol test (Ri-T) and tube agglutination test . The results of examined revealed cases that thirty sheep (30%) and seven persons (14%) were seropositive . Five serum samples were obtained from seropositive and another five serum samples of seronegative animals . The procedures were repeated in seropositive and seronegative human They were subjected to biochemical examination Biochemical studies revealed a signifcant ivcrease in sAST sALT , sAP and serum globulin meanwhile a significant decreasein total protein , albumin , calcium and inorganic phosphorous of affected sheep &men compared with the healthy ones One blood sample was taken on sodium salt of EDTA from each case of the above examined cases They were subjected to hematological study The affected cases both animals and human revealed normocytic normochromic anemia associated with higher ESR, leukocytosis neutrophilia and lymphopenia It could be concluded that brucellosis led to disturbance of general health condition of the host , so careful attention must be paid for early diagnosis of this zoontic disease followed by eradication of seroreactor sheep ;vaccination of non reactors and a therapeuticplan for the disease from workers.
