Sunflower oil crop is from promising oil crops to fill the oily gap and achieve self-sufficiency as its seeds contain about 60 % oil and the protein ratio in the seed is between 44 - 48 %. Its importance as an oil crop has increased in the recent years because it could be planted in most types of newly reclaimed land as well as the land that has proportion of salinity up to 3000 ppm with good drainage. Also, sunflower can be planted three times during the year and can be inter-cropped on the other crops such as tomatoes.
The most important results indicated that the important factors affecting the consumed quantity from sunflower oil are the amount of production and per capita income. It is from the equation also the two mentioned factors affect the consumed amount of sunflower oil by about 76%. Also, the volume of feddan production of sunflower which minimizes production costs to the lowest level is estimated by 1109 kg as shown by the study sample and nobody in the sample (60 farmer) his production exceeds this size which exceeds the productivity average of 814.77 kg by 294.23 kg. The results also showed that the optimal rate to add a nitrogen fertilizer is 169.50 kg while the farmers in the study sample use about 90 kg nitrogen/fed and this is less than optimal rate by about 79.5 kg.

HayamSaed Mohamed .Analysis of yield response curve of wheat yield to nitrogen fertilization as related to environment pollution Unpublished Doctor of Philosophy in Agriculture environment Science, Inst. of Environ. Studies and Res., Ain shams univ.2014.
Two field experiments were conducted at Giza Agric.Res.Station, Agric.Res.Cent., Giza Governorate, Egypt during 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 seasons. The experiments aimed to study the response of some wheat cultivars namely: Giza 168, Sakha 94, Gemmeiza 10 and Sids 12 to six different N fertilizer levels (0, 25, 50, 75, 100 and 125 kg N/fad) and determine the degree of the response of grain yield to N fertilizer levels in order to estimate the economic optimum N rate. Also, to investigate the relation between grain yield and some related characters using some multivariate procedures i.e. correlation and path-coefficient analysis. The design used was strip-plot in three replicates where wheat cultivars were arranged in the vertical strips while N fertilizer levels were in the horizontal strips.
The results could be summarized as follows:
1- The tested wheat cultivars significantly affected growth characters, yield components, biological, grain and straw yields but insignificantly affected harvest index.
2- The increase in N fertilizer level significantly affected growth, yield components, biological, grain and straw yields but harvest index was not significantly influenced by N level.
3- The quadratic model worked well for describing the relation between grain yield and N fertilizer levels.
4- The economic optimum N rate ranged from 55 to 87.47 Kg N/fad.
5- Grain yield exhibited highly significant and positive correlation with each of plant height, flag leaf area, number og =f spikes/m2, spike length, number ofspikelets/spike, kernels/spike, kernel weight/spike and 1000-kernel weight.
6- Weight of 1000 kernels and number of spikelets/spike were the most important contributing characters in the total variability of grain yield.

The cropping pattern one planning tools key to use economic resources Agricultural generally, resources and land in particular, and so it shall be annulled shift from cropping pattern forced to crop structure indicative, which is based on giving greater freedom to farmers in cultivating their land and market their products according to free market mechanisms work.
The study aims to achieve the best use of resources through re-distribution of these resources for the production of the most important agricultural crops in order to maximize net income at the national level, through a range of alternatives proposed for installation crop nationwide, ensuring the provision of the needs of the state of food and raw materials for industry to counter the steady population growth, as well as expansion in the cultivation of some crops for export expansion in agricultural exports to foreign markets for the provision of foreign currency needed to finance the development process in Egypt.
The study included six chapters in addition to the introduction, the problem, the goal, methodology, data sources, results, recommendations, and a summary in arabic and english in addition to supplements, and ensure chapter one review, while chapter two economic resources of agricultural, chapter three local and global economic variables, chapter four evolution of cropping pattern, while chapter five policy analysis productivity of local and global variables alternative to the most important export crops and import crops and finally chapter six show the planning alternatives cropping pattern in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The study of transactions PAM crop selected, show that policy productivity followed in Egypt during the study period was not in favor producers of crops of rice and cotton so as to impose taxes implied to producers of these crops, which proves no doubt that taxes implicit high imposed on producers of these crops led to low motivation have producers to grow these crops, which led to instability acreage of these crops recently in Egypt, also shows that policies productivity Egyptian was in favor of producers and growers of maize and wheat to the presence effective protection to support the producers of those crops as the most important grain crops import in Egypt.
It is the study of alternatives cropping pattern in Egypt show that the third alternative that targets the minimization of water needs is the best, where the proportion of wheat equivalent 3.26% of the current area and increases the proportion of self-sufficiency, which seeks to establish agricultural policies Egyptian, also noted the increased proportion of space fodder 42.75% of the current area to ensure preservation of livestock development and the provision of fodder, as the percentage of area pulses with high vegetable protein, which increases the average per capita vegetable protein, also increased cotton area increased by 103.85%, in this alternative including works to increase cotton exports to foreign markets next to the development of related industries it, and increasing the area of summer vegetables and Nilotic including covers the needs of the population and export compounding foreign exchange earnings.
Also, show that no equal importance relative to the number of holders of individuals natural with the relative importance of the area in the categories of possessory different, where superior percentage of holdings to the rate of the space in the categories of possessory decline until less than 3 acres, while excel area ratio on the ratio of the number of holdings in categories possessory most three acres, indicating dwarf agricultural holdings in Egypt and fragmented and this is a negative indicator may preclude use of land resources, agricultural year, as a result of the difficulty of applying modern technology in agriculture, and study recommended that commitment farmers recommendations of the Ministry of Agriculture and land Reclamation.
