a. In the research area 1) Develop of new varieties of faba bean have higher productivity such as wady 1 that characterizes by early maturity . 2) Evaluation of many varieties and breeds of crops and lentil and chickpea lupine. 3) Assessment of many strains of wheat which reached their productivity feddan to 15 ardeb. 4) Creating of uncover barley varieties and barley beer and the success of cultivated under the New Valley conditions. 5) We succeed to creating some non-traditional oil crops such as canola and Safflower and cultivated under modern irrigation systems and access to higher productivity. 6) The station is contributing to provide varieties of peanuts which enjoy high cultivated in the New Valley. 7) The Station was conducted a series of experiments to study the successful cultivation of some medicinal and aromatic plants in the New Valley. 8) It has been established nursery for the production of palm and palm seedlings distributed nationwide. 9) Date Palm wastes are big problem that haunt the preservation and causing many problems such as fire and operate shelters for various pests. In this regard, the station has been able to use these wastes in the production of organic fertilizer (Compost) to solve this problem. 10) The station to play important role for spread to livestock production through the introduction of new breeds of goats (Damascus and mixture), sheep (1 / 2 Kyosei 1 / 2 Oseim), which is characterized by high productivity of meat and Twin. b. In the training and guidance area 1) The station organized training courses and seminars to help farmers apply technical recommendations for new items, which showed through experiments, which were expected suitability for the New Valley governorate. 2) The station is interaction with farmers who graduated from different regions such as West muhob session and Darb El-Arbaien. 3) Training on irrigation systems and modern fertilization through the FAO project. 4) It was prepared seminar hall for contribute in the area of training and guidance.
