1- Many salt tolerant cultivars have been produced e.g Rice cultivar Giza 178 and Sakha 104, berseem cv Serw1, Wheat cv sakha 8, Sakh 94 canola and cv Serw 5 Doing the research programs.
2- Established irrigation electric pumping units in very low coast, with high efficiency.
3- Production of the registered seeds of Rice, bressem clover and canola,the average rice grain yield is highest recorded (over4 Ton/feddan).
4- Its also supplying the anima! production research station with green forage.
5- The researchers are plying an important part in organizing scientific symposiums, work shops and technology transfer.
