carring out research programs of several research institute e.g:
1- Field crops research Sugar research institute,plant proteeting resate earch institute, agricultural extension research institute, soil, water and ecology research institute,pathology research institut,agricultural engineering research institute and food technology research institute.
2- The station has also cooperative activities with some international organizations and universities, supplying the schools and faculties of agronomical agriculture with the updinformation through training and lectures.
3- Organizing field days with demonstrated trails for scientiste, engineers and farmers for both winter and summer season crops.
