1-development of many of the hybrids and varieties of high productivity for many crops , which contributed greatly to reduce the food gab .
2- implementation of research and extension programs that serve the national plan for agricultural research center in solving the problems of crobs production in the center of delta governorates .
3- linking between research activity with indicative activity for the central of delta through seminars and extension filed giving by component of technology transfer in order to identify farmers and extension workers on the latest results of agricultural research ststion and also technicalrecommendatins for new varieties of high productivity and resistance to disease .
4- knowing farmers problems and giving the solutions through the establishment of field days of harvest inside and outside the station .
5- contributing in the training of students of agricultural faculties .
6-establishment of training courses for enhancing the performance of the agricultural extension workers.
