أستاذ دكتور وباحث يتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 25 عامًا في مجال الحشرات الاقتصادية ووقاية النبات، متخصص في أبحاث افات القطن وخاصة دودة ورق القطن (Spodoptera littoralis) ودودة الحشد الخريفية (Spodoptera frugiperda) واستراتيجيات المكافحة المتكاملة (IPM).
الخبرة البحثية: يمتلك خبرة عميقة في إدارة الأبحاث الميدانية والمعملية، وتقييم فعالية المبيدات والمكافحة البيولوجية، علم سموم المبيدات، تحليل سمية وانتقائية المبيدات، وآليات مقاومة الحشرات، وتطوير بدائل مستدامة. بالإضافة إلى الإشراف الأكاديمي وإدارة المكاتب الفنية. المشاركة في أبحاث متعددة التخصصات حول التنمية المستدامة، ونشر العديد من الأبحاث الهامة في مجلات علمية مرموقة
الرؤية: الربط بين المختبر والحقل لتحقيق أهداف ثلاثية:
1- فعالية مكافحة: إدارة مقاومة الآفات.
2- السلامة البيئية: حماية الكائنات غير المستهدفة والنظم البيئية.
3- جودة المنتج: ضمان سلامة المحاصيل ومطابقتها للمعايير الدولية.
الهدف: الإسهام في تطوير أنظمة زراعية مرنة ومستدامة من الناحية الاقتصادية والبيئية.
