أستاذ دكتور (رئيس بحوث) حاصل على درجة الدكتوراه عام 2011 فى تخصص الحشرات الإقتصادية كلية الزراعة جامعة بنها، لديه خبرة في مجال مكافحة الآفات، ونشر العديد من الأوراق البحثية في مجلات علمية عالمية مدرجة فى قواعد البيانات المعتمدة ، ركزت على التقييم تحت الظروف الحقلية و المعملية والدراسات البيوكيميائية و المورفولوجية للمواد ذات المنشأ الطبيعى ولها تأثير على الآفات الزراعية ، وعلى رأسها دودة ورق القطن و آفات القطن المختلفة ، مع إبراز إمكانات المبيدات الحيوية كبدائل مستدامة وصديقة للبيئة و التركيز على استراتيجيات الإدارة المتكاملة للآفات والمبيدات الحيوية الواعدة.
إلى جانب مساهماته في تحكيم الأوراق العلمية في مجاله، شارك فى مشروعات تقييم فعالية المبيدات ومكافحة الآفات كباحث رئيسي و مشارك ،بالإضافة الى الإشراف الأكاديمى على طلبة الدراسات العليا و نقل المعرفة والتطبيقات الميدانية للمختصين والمزارعين.
